This policy covers the vividjoyline.net website and anything you give us directly — dinner reservations, poker-night registrations, private-event enquiries, newsletter signups and phone bookings.
What we actually collect
Only what an evening needs. Depending on how you deal with us, that's:
Contact details
Name, email and phone — used to confirm bookings, poker seats and event tickets.
Booking details
Dates, party size, dietary notes, occasion notes and whether you'd like a seat at a poker table.
Age verification
Poker nights and casino evenings are 18+ — we sight ID at the door but don't scan or store it.
Site usage
Basic analytics — pages visited, device type — kept anonymous and used to make the site better.

Your details exist to make your evening work — not to build a marketing profile:
